1969, 24 foot venture sailboat

looking to sell one project that won't be getting to. She has been stored inside my barn for the last 7 yrs. bought it in california then moved to palacios in 04. I have never gotten the venture ready to go. retirement and then have health problems. I figure someone else would like to try this one. the bad with it dusty and dirty from setting. the rudder bottom half is cracked from being left in the water too long. She could use a painting on the outside and inside cleaned up and new cloth on the seat cushions. the rope rigging is aged. the metal rigging is good, the hull is good, over-designed and thick chopper gun fiberglass-like the old vetts. have sails. it is a swing keel boat with about 3.5 ft. draft. the trailer is the original one that came with the boat so it fits correctly and is in good shape and was used only in fresh water lakes on northern california. the tires have 2000 miles on them and same with the bearings, put new lights and wiring in before moving. pulled it out here with a toyota 4 cyl. pick-up, pulls like a dream. I have california titles for both the boat and the trailer. need to sell. will take payments but will not let boat go till paid for. palacios is about 2hrs towards houston on texas 35. lets make a deal, get the boat you always wanted and i can be rid of a project i will never get to. remember it is not new, been in a storage building for near 8 years, parked outside for the last 3 weeks. but it will clean up, and look good with some elbow grease and care
